Upper-floor units typically offer more elevated ocean views and can feel more private since fewer people pass by your windows. The trade-off is the extra trip via stairs or elevator every time you come and go.
Which Is Better for Families?
For families with young kids, older travelers, or anyone bringing a lot of gear, ground floor generally wins on convenience. Our unit still delivers ocean views from every room, so you’re not sacrificing the view to get the easier access — you get both.
